Melodramatic Spidey

Spider-Man 2 (07.04.04)
I wanted to say that this one is bigger, bolder and better than the first one but I can't. Don't get me wrong! I enjoyed this movie a lot. I just felt that it didn't have as much action sequences as the previous one. But that's ok, like what Jom said, cinematography is better in this one. Especially the ones involving Spidey swinging around the city buildings!
One thing I didn't like about the movie is that there are lots of holes in the scripts. I guess they didn't have that much time to polish it considering the fact that they obviously spent a lot of money and time constructing those amazing sets!
One thing I did like about the movie is that it showed Spidey's humanity. He is, despite his super powers and spidey sense, still human. And like all of us, he goes through different phases in life. And like some of us, who have chosen to take the road less travelled, life won't be that easy. But with a huge dose of persistence and faith, we will prevail. We will find our place under the sun.
